When approaching this rebranding project, the goal was to blend the ranch atmosphere of the homes, with the luxury resort amenities and nearby private beach access available for residents. The aim of the logo suite, color pallet, typography, illustrations, and even the video assets I had the privilege of capturing, all aim to visual communicate this incredible combination of Ranch, Resort, & Beach living.
